Chinese American pioneer Amy Hall is head of Social Consciousness and Responsibility for Eileen Fisher and has been since the early 90s. Freshly out of a career in her 20s as a fundraiser, a self-proclaimed introvert and newly divorced, Amy found her way to the Eileen Fisher clothing brand and started employing strategies around corporate consciousness, a foreign language in fashion and big business at the time. I'll let Amy Hall tell you the rest. ++ The Jake Sasseville Show is produced by Profoundly Human Labs (c) 2015-2018 All Rights Reserved ++ * Co-Executive Producer: Amy Loder * Associate Producer and photographer: Julia Schwentor * Video: Temi Tokosi * Post-Production: Chris Mottram, Perth, Aus. * Executive Produced by: Jake Sasseville |

When Beyonce's "Lemonade" came out, Yvette Noel-Schure, her 20+ year publicist, admitted that she saw an opportunity on a global level for a generational healing to begin happening. In her first-sit-down conversation with the millennial (Elaine Welteroth, Editor in Chief of Teen Vogue) she paved the road for without even knowing it decades as Editor of Black Beat Magazine in 1986, Yvette shares intensely personal stories, while Elaine goes in-depth on her creative process, for Teen Vogue, and now her TV credits including Grown-Ish, the power of surrendering instead of hustling, and what this next generation of women leaders and thinkers need to understand about foundational values before pursuing dreams. Love these women, and am so grateful for their time, energy and collective wisdom. ++ The Jake Sasseville Show is produced by Profoundly Human Labs (c) 2015-2018 All Rights Reserved ++ * Co-Executive Producer: Amy Loder * Associate Producer and photographer: Julia Schwentor * Video: Temi Tokosi * Post-Production: Chris Mottram, Perth, Aus. * Executive Produced by: Jake Sasseville
